About

YourFinVal is a small set of financial calculators with the math written out so you can see what it does. I built it because most of the calculators I came across hide two things that matter on a long horizon: what inflation does to the final number, and what tax does to what you keep.

What it is

Free calculators and short, focused guides on planning topics like SIP, goal corpus, and how returns are actually measured. The goal is to be accurate, fast, and clear about assumptions.

What it is not

It is not investment advice, a brokerage, or a registered advisor. It doesn’t recommend specific funds, sell anything, or know your personal situation. If you want advice on what to actually do with your money, a SEBI-registered investment advisor is the right starting point.

Who built it

A solo developer working on this in spare time. The codebase is small, the math is plain JavaScript, and the calculators run entirely in your browser.
